OH MY GOD. A fucking SYL INTERLUDE????? Bring it on!!!
As for part 1: Well... Didn't really get me invested, but some cool Lore and Cosmere Implications.
Also generally nice to see some of these Characters again :)
It just lacks any narrative urgency so far imo...
This series from entry to entry just doesn't head into any direction I want to see trust the process I guess. Journey before Destination!

I don't know what everyone had against part 3 & 4. They are SO good, especially when compared to part 2 and especially 1.
Even now this is probably beating Oathbringer in my Stormlight Ranking, but we'll see if the Sanderlanche truly hits like was promised by some.
Still not on the level of Words of Radiance & Way of Kings though, by far.
But Book 5 might actually manage to get back there I think.

Uhm... Brightness Navani Kholin, I don't know if this is a good idea what you are doing...
Or should I say: Navani Oppenheimer? This "experiment" of yours... I don't trust that for a safe future for your world and all the others ^^
Also the book changed my mind in this last part. Wow. Stormlight Archive slowly shifting back into gears :)
What he does with Taravangian alone atm is chefs kiss!

Just one question: Were through all of this is Jasnah? Where are all the other characters Sando took ages to implement in book 2 & 3? Why does it seem that it would be against the plot of they'd actually appear? (:

Phew, a Twist I kind of saw coming tbh (even if I normally don't try to figure such things out), but the implications are reeeeally cool!
I have to emphasize: This Shadesmar Part is WAY better than the one in Oathbringer!
