The timezone jumps are confusing, given that I'm constantly wondering which characters are from which timeline. The book starts off with 3 timelines, time-jumping closer to reality. But those prologues give us a broader image of how many supernatural elements came to be as you read. Also has a number of terminologies to remember but just serves as great world building. Definitely newly created fantasy, new content.

Stephen Started re-reading the book a month later. On page 301, not ready for the flashback on what it brings with Kaladin and Tien's story. Dalinar is already a likeable character, especially following the Codes which seems to have wisdom beyond current civilization. Really puts into perspective how people choose beliefs above tested and fair rules - way of life.
