It's the usual non-fiction business book trap of dragging out a simply theory to fill a book's worth of chapters, shallow examples that "prove" the effectiveness of the theory by telling and not showing, lack of practical application (must be workbook out there?) advice and a frustrating read when the top managers you are working for aren't living and speaking it
