When I read about my character I picture him as if he was still 4 years old, how happy he would be laying underneath the encyclopedias drawing his own version of maps. I think that the author helps put that image in my head because he really describes what he's feeling and what he's doing.

The author keeps going back to Craig thinking that he's not as good as all of the others and how he wants to be different. I think that the theme so far would be that just like yourself for who you are, trying to be someone that your not can really change you but that doesn't mean that you've changed in a good way. Craig he tries really hard to be just like his "friend" Aaron and he really changed.(not in a good way)

My character Craig acts differently around certain groups of people, I think that this affects his success because Aaron is a person who does drugs and stuff and when Craig is around him he changes and does the stuff Aaron does.

If I had to pick a scene from my book to put on a commercial it would probably be the part were Craig was talking about how he couldn't eat anything and that he had to talk to this lady who would help him though his problems and try to get him better/healthier. I would choose this part because it shows interest, and it's a real thing that kids have.
