In the beginning, Percy's mother was kidnapped. Sure that made the story more intriguing, but maybe there was something more to it. Did it resemble something? I honestly do not know. Maybe it was so everyone's personality would be brought out into a better view for everyone so you could come closer to them and understand their thought process? Maybe it was a metaphor to something bigger that I don't understand.

A prediction I made earlier in the book was that I thought that Luke, the son of Hercules, would later betray the gods and go against Percy because something just always seemed off with him. He seemed too good to be true, and later on, you figure out that he himself wanted Zeus' lightning bolt.

Percy and his companions travel to Hollywood after collecting beads to Travel back phone from hades' wrath. Percy has demonstrated bravery because he heads straight to hell to hunt down his mother!

Percy is driven to go hunt down his mother, so he does all he can and he goes along withhi two companions a satire and another half blood. The writers style is from an overview of Percy, but I think that if it were a little more spread out between him and all the people he was with a little more the story could have a better backup explaining the other charachters better. I like this because it is all about him alon

Since the last update, Percy is going to this camp. They get there and are attacked by a Minotaur. This Minotaur takes away his mother and locks her up in hell. Percy continues through the camp after taking the minotaurs horn.
