The point of view of the story is told in first person narrator. The story is like a mystery with clues so the story is told in only what the main character Q knows. It does not tell us what the side characters know.

Q and his friends go to the pseudovision minimall to find clues about Margo and find Gus and his friends exploring. They learn that Margo used to go exploring with Gus and his friends but always just sat in a corner and wrote in a notebook. Q finds clues about different pseudovisions in the area and keeps them a secret to everyone else because he would rather find Margo alone then with people.
