I'm gonna need something dark, creepy and downright messed up to read next. I've been way too cheery and full of laughter reading lately. I'm starting to irritate my own damn self.

new_user Hm, does it have to be horror? There are some dark UF labels approaching that, LOL.

Nope, doesn't have to be horror. I just want something dark.

Ok, that does it. I will DEFINITELY make [book:The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms|6437061] my next audiobook after The Bride. I've had so many people recommend that book to me. It has to be winner w/ that many recommendations. Thanks NU!

That looks disturbing beyond disturbing. Right up my alley (which is disturbing in itself that I would be interested in a book like that).

new_user LOL, Tammy, enjoy! Some of them are not for everyone, but they're good to try if you're looking for something dark anyway.

LOL. Grimspace lives up to its name.

I will look forward to your thoughts on The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms, Michelle! :)

Alisha I will sing it from the mountaintops: Aftertime by Sophie Littlefield. Oh, how awesomely creepy and fantastic and dark and lonely and horrifying and glorious it is. ^___^
