I think it is possible that I will find all imaginable Highlander romance novels and somehow read them. I have serious lust for Highlanders (notice I said lust- love has nothing to do with it). I found this on audiobook and couldn't resist. I do much better with historical fiction/romance on audiobook so I'll stick with that. I LOVE the start. Jamie is great. Her sisters are so stupid they are funny.

My dog loves this book. I extended our walk by an extra mile just so I could keep listening. She recommends I get more books like this as she had most fun on her walk.

This has to be one of the most enjoyable books I've read in a long time. I smiled so much this morning my cheeks hurt.

I am totally and completely in love with this book. It is so predictable, and cheesy but it is exactly what I needed. Alec and Jamie are wonderful. Their misunderstandings would normally make me cringe but instead, it made me laugh.

I wasn't expecting the book to be so humorous. I like.

Ok, the thing about old school romance, they set the characters up perfectly, she happens to Scottish Gaelic, no problem, she can hunt, no problem, she can even stand on her horse, no problem. I'm going to guess these little skills will come in handy later. Am I right? Thought so!

Catherine I love Garwood! Her books make me feel happy. If you enjoy this one you should definitely check out the following book and all her other highlander ones.

I find myself slowly becoming a highlander ho wannabe!

Crystal S I just finished this a couple of weeks ago. I agree that her sisters were ridiculously stupid. I kinda thought they all deserved to be smacked. LOL

I like highlanders too!

I love ridiculously stupid people (as long as they aren't in my real life and affecting my well being), they are a good source of humor!

Sans I'm on a mission to find all Highlander romances too. There's just something about those accents and those kilts. *_*

Ronyell I'm glad you're reading this Michelle! It's really an awesome book!!!

For me, the Highlander is the accents, the kilts, the fact that they are fierce but loyal, warriors, very protective, and usually very big men. Gosh, I sound like such a fan girl.
