The protagonist in my story according to the dialogue is curious and sometimes scared. When they first went into the new world she wanted to explore but also wanted to go back because she did not what lies ahead

Suspense is when you don't know what will happen next and you get excited wondering what will happen. A author will us it to keep you reading. When you get to a suspenseful part in a book you cannot stop reading. In my book it is suspenseful when they first go through the wardrobe because you don't know what lies on the other side of it.

Foreshadowing is a warning of a future event. They have found the closet already and probably will go in it again to explore.

The Chronicles of Narnia - The Magician's Nephew because I've seen the movie and liked them so I think the books will be even better.
