They are hypothesizing that in 19 years all people in earth will die. They’ve just been talking about and brainstorming ideas to save the world.

They just discovered that there’s something in the universe that is smaller than atoms, it’s called neutrinos. They go through atoms around earth and they are a part of astrophage.

He so far has been expanding the language data on his google spread sheet. Here and there Rocky fixes things around his ship but so far nothing interesting has happened.

He’s been communicating and running scientific experiments with the alien. He just found out that his entire crew died just like the main characters crew did.

So far he’s just been practicing and interacting with the alien and picking up more words form the aliens language on his spreadsheet. He also found out that astrophage is damaging to the aliens planet as well.

He has been teaching his alien friend how to speak english and the alien friend is teaching him their language. He's using a spreadsheet and microsoft excel all at once to try and translate.

So far he’s trying to figure out how the alien can see him since it has no eyes. He came to the realization that he may see through the frequency made by things to know where things are at almost like echolocation.

He has just been exchanging gifts with the alien. The alien seems to understand more about the periodic table than the main character.

He has now started communicating with the alien and the alien speaks in this music type of way. He sounds like a harmony of whale sounds and he is reviving gifts from the alien.

He has just met the aliens. The aliens look like a bigger version of a spider, it has 5 arms but it’s smaller than a human.
