I read the book. Like all Stephen’s work. Very atmospheric at the start. I liked the main character. There are holes that you can park a truck in, as well as ones a worm would have trouble getting through.
A smattering of stranger things before it became relevant.
I related somewhat to the main character when he stood at the podium.
That said, it wasn’t from experience like he had.,just a cynical aside.
As alway King has a way with words. It may not be his best work, but it certainly left an impression on this reader.
Years later I still think of it. And yes. It is horror but with a twist…

I loved this book so much. Hated certain parts of it but that only provides testament to the writing.
