Abbey
Abbey is finished
The genre of the book I have finished reading is FANTASY because it tells stories about things that aren't really true so that puts it in the fiction category, and then it is in so someones dreams so that makes it fantasy. the ideal reason for making a fantasy book is to entertain and let people enjoy it. the characters really came to life in the book and connected with me.

Visualize: The words an author uses to describe an image or scene is so valuable to the story. I know that Edmund is a young boy in shorts and a collared shirt with blond hair, he is the second one to go into the snowy wonderland called Narnia. The author uses the snow as sounds and looks, she says "the crunching of the crisp snow faded into the thud of the wood boards under Lucy's feet." These are describing words.

topic summary: the main characters are children sent over to London because of the war and the current events take place in the giant house of the man they are staying with. And Susan is alone in a big room with only a closet and she goes inside and that is where the story starts. this book is realistic fiction because the war really happened but nothing else did.
