Yuck. I too would like to know what's going on if anybody posts.

It works in my chrome browser on my iphone. Maybe try a different browser?

Here's what I know of the situation. JennyJen and Marco were deleted. Last time I saw, there was zero explanation for JennyJen's deletion. Marco was deleted because of repeated flagging of his reviews because of the gifs he used. Apparently he came back, didn't make any gif posts, but was then deleted again with an email from GR claiming they had to delete another flagged post of his and that he could not come back.

Thanks, I posted it in the Feedback/bugs forum. I was surprised to see that no one had reported this issue. Maybe it's just me.

What Jenna says. Though there have been more cases of people suddenly getting deleted lately. The number 1 most popular reviewer for my country was given the axe a week or 2 ago.
I have no idea if GR simply chops these members because they are flagged more due to their visibility or if they are only the tip of the iceberg.. from the looks of it I'll be her successor, so the suspense is killing me..wahhhhhhhh!

Eek! When you imported your GR profile, did you have any issues with books that don't yet exist on leafmarks? Is a page automatically created for that book, or do you lose it?

I pray for this craziness to stop. It's painful to see friends and great reviewers disappearing. Call me paranoid, but I am backing up and crossposting my stuff like a craze woman.

I wonder if in the case of JennyJen and the top reviewer Tinka mentioned, maybe GR is removing them to make the site run smoother, LOL. As often as it has been inaccessible lately, maybe they decided to take drastic measures.

Hey JJ, whizzkid, so is it true that you can import a CSV file to Leafmarks however many times you want? It won't duplicate all your stuff, but does add new reviews and books?

It will only update the books that were not previously on your shelves. Of course, that means that if you had a book on your to read shelf on LM then read and reviewed it over here, it's not going to update that book when you import the updated csv to LM unless you take it off your shelves first.

That's awesome. I hope editing updates is possible.

If you could do a mass deletion of the books on your to-read shelves on LM before importing, that'd be the easiest way to do it without losing info, but I don't know if that's possible.

So if I had a book on my TBR in the first file and there's a review for it in the new file, it won't post the review? Is that right?

I'll just add my later stuff manually then.

Exactly. My workaround was to scroll through my to-read, maybe, and waiting-for-publication shelves on LM and delete the ones I'd read before importing the updated file. But, I have a lot fewer books on those type shelves than you do.

YES! You can edit your status updates after they are posted on LM :) They are still a little clunky since they're new, but they've gotten a few things right that GR doesn't seem like they'll ever fix!

OH! There is a way (sort of)! Go to your books on LM and do an advanced filter to show your to-read OR maybe OR waiting-for-publication (or whatever your unread shelves are named), then click to display 50 per page, click select all, click bulk edit, then remove from shelves. This allows you to delete them 50 at a time. Of course if you have 1000 or more unread books on your shelves that's still a lot of clicking.

I can't remember if you can delete all books from an exclusive shelf, but if you can't you can email info@leafmarks.com and they'll do it for you.

Yep that's the best option I've found of doing it yourself so far.
