Some truly astounding exposition in the last two chapters (the one where the green lady makes the dress and the one where Ransom argues with himself before his course of action is resolved). Seriously, I don’t know Lewis can write something so profound. His explanation of the coexistence (or sameness…) of free will and predestination/providence is concise and incredibly illustrated. And that’s not all. Wow!

Oh man I remember this part dragging on like crazy. But I felt guilty about being bored because it seemed clearly meant to be worshipful or something.

Yeah maybe I'm missing the spiritual metaphor. Ransom has been venturing alone through a cave for 2 chapters now. He finally met up with more characters.
Ok I wasn’t sure what part you were thinking of exactly but I’m reading the final chapter now and it’s exactly what you’re talking about. There’s like 3 pages where every paragraph is an Eldila talking and each one ends with “Blessed be He”
