Dylans Date with Max goes great but is interrupted by the flock. Fang comes back to the Flock. Fang receives a message that tell him where Angel is being held captive. The next day the whole flock fly to the lace only to find it on fire.

In this part Max and the flock search the building twice but all they find is ashes. They were all out of hope and were beginning to cry but Max found a room that they didn't search. It was in a dark corner so it was hard to see the door but if you had raptor vision it wasn't that hard to see. Max and the flock entered the room and there they find Angel lying helplessly in a cage.

Fang decides that leaving his flock was for the best. Max and her flock are still going to school. Angel recognizes a voice, Jebs voice. The voice comes back but this time its in everyone's head,not just Maxs. The voice says that the end is near, and that there is nothing anyone can do to stop it.

In this part Angel is being experimented on better eye vision, a experiment where Iggy lost his eye vision. Fang loses Maya, who is a clone of Max. Maya died in Fangs arms because Ari cut her neck. Ari came back to life and now he is stronger. Max realizes she has feeling for Dylan.
