ok, Tolmac is so so so, ok I have no clue how to describe him, if he was human and not a dragon, I would say he was hot (not breathing fire hot), loving, caring, honorable and I can't believe I'm totally loving a dragon! LOL

I'm not a big fantasy fan and I usually don't like dragons (vampires, werewolves, fae, but no mermaids, no dragons- I have standards!..lol). Anyhow, here I'm reading a fantasy book w/ dragons. Go figure. AND, I was late for work because I was so into the book. I absolutely love it!

Aw, you sure he doesn't turn into a human later or something? I have fallen in love with the animal companions before. I think because they're not the main character they can be more noble. Also, their sentiments will often be ourer and less conflicted.

Right now the princess is a dragon after she was turned by a wizard. It's all good though I think....who knows, I'm not finished yet and things are getting interesting.
definitely fantasy romance. It was an excellent book.
