As an athlete Muhammad's quotes are very helpful, however one quote really hit a big home for me. “If my mind can conceive it, and my heart can believe it - then I can achieve it.” (198) this quote means that if you understand it, and you believe that you can do it, then you can make it happen. Many times athletes have only 2/3 of the requirements. This quote shows that you need to have all 3 to really achieve it

Muhammad teaches us many different lessons, however some lessons are more important than others. A lesson "Truly great people in history never wanted to be great for themselves. In The Soul of a Butterfly, Muhammad teaches us morals, themes and messages. One message “We can't be brave without fear,”(66) is one that I really agree with. This message means that you have to accept and embrace your fear for once you have done this you're truly brave. All brave people have fear, however what makes them brave is that they keep this fear with them and accept it. Without fear we would all brave.

He is saying that fear is what makes us brave for without fear everyone would be brave.
