It's taking me forever to finish this one, because I keep finding myself bored with it. Maybe it's the fact that all the best parts were already taken out for the TV show, or maybe it's the episodic, detached nature of the memoir genre--I don't know, but it has its moments, and I will finish it... Eventually.

When I found out that season 2 of the TV series wasn't releasing on Jan 1 like I thought but rather later in the year, I was devastated. Given how upset I was about the delay, I just knew I had to read the book. So far, I can see the TV adaptation did a great job honoring the original work. Only difference is I HATE Larry in the TV series, and he seems pretty okay in the book. Maybe this will change...
