I would ask Thomas what he thinks will happen after Phase Two of the trials. My second question would be, do you believe what Teresa had written on her arm, W.I.C.K.E.D is good? Thomas's opinion about their decisions and purpose isn't clear. Lastly, I would ask what he wants to happen after the trials. I wonder if he has thought about things will end up with his friends, the family he may or may not have, and Teresa.

I am already seeing many symbols in this book. For example, in the first book the characters escaped the maze which represents barriars. The book starts in a kind of Safe Haven, but they aren't there for long. Soon they are informed of a Second Phase they have to survive, and find themselves in a scorching hot desert, which is a big symbol. Also, a lightning storm lacking rain comes, which probably means something.
