I am so frustrated right now. I'm trying to save my mom's house from foreclosure and her lender company is so bad. My mom made a horrible mistake w/ the 2nd mortgage but I can't believe what they did to get her signature! My mom escaped from communist East Germany, and lived a life most of us only read about. Now, she is going to lose her home. Sorry for the vent!

She only has an 8th grade education and barely reads English. Regardless, she signed them and it is her signature. Sometimes the price we pay for our mistakes is huge! My mom is living proof.

Very sorry to hear this news Michelle. If it helps at all, we too may be facing foreclosure very soon... my wife lost her job and currently we're back to a one income family.Keep your head up and I hope everything will work out.

Oh Tom, that is horrible. It is such a bad economy. Best wishes to your family and I hope everything works out.
