The main character Apollo is cocky. We can see this in the text when he thinks he can take down several enemies at once with just a speech.

The conflict that is occurring in my book is internal. This conflict happened because of Zeus stripped his power from him and mad him a weak mortal.

My main character, Lester, feels weak about themselves. The reason why they feel this way is because he used to be a powerful god who looked down on mortals especially humans and now in a twist of events he now is a human.

The central idea of the text is Apollo has to complete trails and save the world while his powers are taken away.

The central idea of the text is friends can be found in the most darkest of places and sometimes to go forward you have to go backwards.

My main character have developed over the course of the text from being really cocky and a "you-cant-touch-me" attitude to a self-less mature hero who risks his skin to save others.

In The Dark Prophecy by Rick Riordan a metaphor is used when Calypso was walking and came to a halt, " The sorceress froze at the next window." (Rick Riordan 72). This figurative language adds to the text because it helps the reader understand she didn't just stroll up to the window but rather freeze in her tracks

Meg is brash but playful and often somewhat rude. She can also be tough and easily defends herself. She is also straight to the point and doesn't hide what she wants to say. Her role is to be Apollo's sidekick or master. The author is male, I do not believe this effects the question.

As a side character I would be like meg, very chaotic and random, with some wacky powers that can reach their max potentials when used properly.
