I have to admit this book has surprised me in a good way. Better than I thought. Yes, it is PR w/ fated mates even but you can tell the author can write. She's really good at character development and that can make any story much better.

Interesting characters. I like the three brothers. I also like Sara, she is just the right combo of tough but not too tough, slightly bitchy but gentle when needed. Confusing- the new names for vampire child, community, etc., it would be great to have a glossary. She gave definition at beginning, but I keep forgetting!

1st, can I tell you how much I hate this cover! I don't think a fence is going to stop him- he's a vampire! LOL. I seem to be very anti- paranormal romance lately. They are getting so cheesy and so He-Manish (new word, I know). However, this book is actually very interesting so far. There are a few typos but since it is an uncorrected proof, I'm hoping they (author/publisher) correct them before they release it!
