I'm so confused by this whole scene. Evangeline was in the room when Alex came in to talk to Caden in the hospital after the car accident, so why are they acting like they're just seeing each other for the first time? This is stupid and ridiculous. Smh

Caden isn't even the same character from the previous book. His whole personality is different. Smh
