Indris and his party fighting through the Romarq was awesome!

This would be so much better if he stuck to "Show, don't tell" - still enjoying it though - in spite of the rather ordinary audio narration

So there's an Imperialist faction and a Federationist faction. Which is funny seeings as I've just finished The Crown Conspiracy which has an Imperialist and a Royalist faction.

I'm totally disorientated. Heaps of funny sounding names and races and creatures - there's a lot of complex world building here, which I like. I'm getting used to identifying three or four of the races and houses so hopefully the rest will fall into place. Maybe Audible wasn't the right choice for this book - especially since I'm not that fussed with Nick Podehl's narration
