This book is massive, but is fantastic so far. Probably even better than Split the Difference on many different levels. It’s more comprehensive & holistic – covering more actual business ‘case study’ situations one might find oneself in – in the rough and tumble world of business & life. I was about to judge a book by its cover, and the “doctor” title (fearing theoretician v practitioner), but Karrass knows his s**t!
