The Haunter of the Dark. First story to creep me out at night.

Dreams In The Witch-House has been my favorite so far.

My document has the stories in a slightly different order. So far I've read (in order): The Nameless City, The Festival, The Colour Out of Space, The Call of Cthulhu, and am nearing the end of The Dunwich Horror.
