Never in HELL would a Persian mom make fesenjoon, ghormeh sabzi AND an entire kaleh pacheh for a single dinner for 6. This type of spread would be for an entire banquet and no way could they finish all of it. This is why I wish white authors would use ACTUAL Persian sensitivity readers rather than just doing "extensive research" on the wikipedia page.
