A new addition to my bucket list: Have a breakdown at an art fair and then be driven home by my friend who then LAYS ME DOWN ON HIS BED IN HIS LAP WITH A PILLOW AND PLAYS WITH MY HAIR AND SHOVES A HEADPHONE IN MY EAR SO HE CAN PLAY ME THE GOOD SIDE BY TROYE SIVAN... Also, Ben's parents can go die in a hole, no offense(just kidding, all offense they're jerks)

I relate to Nathan so much... No joke, I would literally do everything he has done/said... Star Wars and a picnic in the park? For sure. Being a (probably? We don't know yet) bi/pansexual human being who just wants to be LOVED and HOLD HANDS and LOOK AT THE STARS and PROTECT MY FRIEND FROM DRUNK JOCKS and SAY CORNY JOKES and READ BOOKS WITHOUT STOP and BE SUPPORTIVE OF MY ARTISTIC FRIENDS and HAVE A PAINTING OF ME!!!

I am squealing this is adorable. Also, (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong, I do not have a physical copy of this book, only audio!) Mrs. Leou is a goddess, somebody please give her a medal. She literally gives Ben the keys to her art room(building?) so he can come in during lunch? YES PLEASE. This book has such GREAT FEMALE SUPPORTERS ON TOP OF TWO ENBY CHARACTERS AND MAYBE A GAY ONE I DONT EVEN KNOW YET

This is adorable! Nathan is literally the most outgoing person on planet earth but Ben is so shy and closed up. Will this be like an opposites-attract sort of thing or will they just be friends(are they even friends? I don't think so. Nathan is just Ben's tour guide of a high school.) Honestly, I'm so invested in this 'relationship' that it is tearing me apart. Let's pray to every god that this ends happily!
