Still awesome! I just finished reading about an elephant driver. I have a new appreciation for Indian elephants now. They're so sensitive and responsive to their trainers. The way the author writes make you not only feel for the elephant but THINK like one. And the boy who trained him was remarkable. A real "rags to riches " story. It actually made me think of the Biblical account of Joseph. Excellent book so far!

So hard to put this book down! Wish I didn't have so much on today, I keep thinking about it but have no time to read!
