"Existence is random. Has no pattern save what we imagine after staring at it for too long" i like this quote because it talks about how we can't predict what is going to happen and what will exist and won't exist so its something that people should understand.

“Stood in firelight, sweltering. Bloodstain on chest like map of violent new continent. Felt cleansed. Felt dark planet turn under my feet and knew what cats know that makes them scream like babies in night. i like this quote because it describe the situation that the character is in really well for example the character felt the dark planet turn under his feet.

"they had a choice, all of them. they could have followed in the footsteps of good men like my father" this sentence gives me a lot of idea of whats going to happen next and it tells me that the main character's father is a good man.
