Shatter Me was recommended by my friend, but I'm not sure if I like it. This whole story feels dark, and there isn't much to lighten it up. I usually prefer books that are a bit lighter. The writing style is very unique and poetic. It's interesting how the author scratches out sentences to show how Juliette feels lonely, despairing, and resentful towards herself.
