It’s okay-ish... I was really interested in the science of food & hoping for clear, accurate writing BUT after finally parting ways with Alice Waters’ insipid memoir I see the same boggy, overly obscure writing here (Samir worked under Waters :/
The food might be good, but the flowery writing & cutesie illustrations leave much to be desired.
