In the book, Mrs. Chamberlain has started looking at the notifications on Emira's phone, she reads her messages that she sends to her friends. She listens to the music she has. I think its wrong of Mrs. Chamberlain to go through Emira's phone while she is not looking, it is an invasion of privacy for Emira.

Emira was given a raise for helping out with Blaire's birthday party. The first thing she does is buys a leather jacket. This is the most expensive thing she owned now. I felt good for her because she finally spent money on herself.

So far, Emira has already run into some trouble. Emira is a babysitter and she was wrongfully accused of kidnapping. A man catches the accuser and the victim on film and after the whole incident, he asks if Emira would like the video. Emira declines, but the man insists she should have it just in case. Emira wanted the video gone so she asked the man to delete the video. I feel that the man sent to other people.
