So far so good. While you could skip the stories and get the principles quickly, I think the stories put flesh to the bones of the book! Even in my limited business experience (and not in a position of high leadership), I see the benefits of what Jim Collins is revealing and the different ways my company has already integrated many of these good-to-great principles.
