Suspense is a state or feeling of excited or anxious uncertainty about what may happen. An example of suspense from my book is when Kendra comes to Adrian's house after the dance and the author is tell us how Adrian feels, and how he getting dizzy and is felling sick. Then we find out that Kendra turned Adrian into a beast.
