Learning more things about the wonderful power of our subconscious mind

I have just completed chapter 2 and the part "How Autosuggestion Banished Fear" reflected very true within me. Like the example given in the book I used to feel negatively about how my performance would be in the next tournament. Though I had figured out how to overcome this before hand, reading this part gave a clearer picture of reconstructing a stronger premise within myself.
