This book is already so comforting to me - a confirmation that I'm not abnormal for disliking open plan offices and that I remain just as creative as I was when I was growing up...it's just that I'm now trying to be creative in groups, an idea I'm fundamentally uncomfortable with. Hoping that this book gets more into how I can better function in an extroverted business world, though.
