If it starts in England and moves to a fantasy world, I am usually IN IT.
But I'm 200 pages in and things have happened but nothing is happening?
And my favorite character started out as a cool guy who is an amputee and now he is the only person who doesn't know what is going on and while useful to readers...nobody likes that guy.
