I've read this book at least a dozen times. One of my favorites.

As I started this my wife asked if I read it before. I thought about it, and I think I did back in school about 25 years ago, but over the years I have heard so many tidbits from the story (it is story that people tend to know about even if they haven't read the book) and I even visited the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam. So, this may be a reread for me, or it might be the first time!

I really should reread this book, because, like you, I last/first read it when I was in high school!

I am listening to the Selma Blair audio - it is pretty good. But, now when I am picturing the events in my head, I am picturing Selma Blair!

LOL, since I don't know who she is (I don't watch much tv), that won't be a problem for me, ha!

She was in much more back in the 90s. I don't think I have seen her in anything in years! I picture her as a teenager as that is what she played in what I remember her from, but she is 47 now!

Oh wow, she's almost as old as I am!
