Happy you like it! Makes me wonder whether I should have specific gifs for specific people... like ringtones. Possibly that would just have to happen organically, like how something becomes a running joke. Anyway, I'll make this one yours. Not to say I won't use it in other occasions where it's fitting, but I'll use it extra often for you :)

Oh, no worries. I do try to keep things interesting and not use the same gifs too often. Some I'll use more often than not because they come in so handy. My current favorite, for example, is this one:

Yeah, there are plenty of examples: Rita Skeeter, Umbridge, Aunt Marge, Bellatrix, Cho's redhead friend, etc. I wouldn't trust any of them. And, yeah, it's nice girls are given the benefit of the doubt in the wizarding world, at least :)

She's a former politician and bureaucrat. Power is currency and ultimate ambition of those professions. Achieving some measure of authority's probably a career goal. It makes sense that she's drinking it in. Also, she enjoys making others unhappy.
