I'm smelling a rat. Anyone want to help me with doing some interwebs searching on a supposed editor named "Paul D. McCarthy" who calls this one of the greatest books ever, and has a 'letter' printed at the start of the book letting you know how good the book is?

Oh boy, this one might actually inspire me to return to writing reviews.
