Jakob and Lincoln fight at the park. Jakob’s on the ground with his nose busted and his face bloody. Lincoln goes with Henry (his brother) in the car and Henry tells him that he is weak he could of beat up Jakob even more. They go to a bar and meet up with this guy who owes them money. Henry forced Lincoln to beat him up with a tire iron and Henry finished the job by killing him.

Lincoln has went undercover to steal a car in Jakob’s school. He stole a blonde lady’s car but there was a kid in the backseat. The whole school was outside was was filming what happened. Now Lincoln is going to be in huge trouble, he already ran away from the cops. He is getting jail time for sure.

Jakob’s phone went off in class and it was Lincoln trying to steal some cars in the schools parking lot. Jakob was so embarrassed he left the classroom and flushed his phone down the toilet. Now Lincoln is trying to look like he is part of the school by wearing their uniform. All he wants to do is steal nice car and impress the red bloodz.

Lincoln tells Jakob about all the money he made in one month. Lincoln convinces Jakob to give him a list of cars Lincoln could rob. Jakob doesn’t like the idea at all but still agrees to do it because he did owe him one. I’m going to inference that Lincoln is eventually going to get caught and have his life ruined.

So Jakob and Lincoln, were spray painting in the middle of the night like usual, but they had never been caught before. This time they saw the red and blue lights flashing near them. They ran up a building and hid. The police officers thought that there was only one person doing it, if Jakob got caught, he would never go to the private school. Lincoln got up and simply told him that he is going places in his life

Jakob’s father caught him spray paint at 3 in the morning. Jakob puts art work all over the city and he wants people to admire it. His dad was very disappointed and now really wanted him to go to the private school. He said it would be best for him, but Jacob doesn’t believe him. So far, Jakob’s life in this book has been going downhill. Hopefully something good happens to him.

Right now, Lincoln and Jakob are living different lives. Jakob on one hand, is going to a private school because he is so smart. He doesn’t want to go because he is going to leave Lincoln and he has to go to school with rich white boys. On the other hand, Lincoln is still in the gang the red bloodz and they are practicing robbing something. They may never see each other again.

Now Jakob is falling apart with Lincoln because Lincoln is part of gang. Jakob’s dad was so happy when he told Jakob he got accepted to a rich school called St. Bartholomew’s. Jakob is not rich and that is a rich school, he feels that he won’t fit in even if he has good grades. My question is that is he actually going and are Jakob and Lincoln going to separate?

Now in the book, Jakob is started to notice that Lincoln is part of a gang called “the red bloodz.” Jakob is pretty worried that they are the wrong influence to him and could ruin his life. Lincoln’s brother Henry is the leader of the group and he just got out of jail. So I’m wondering if Lincoln will stay in the gang with his brother, or listen to his best friend Jakob who is just looking out for him.

So far the is not bad, there are these 2 friends who basically have different lives, one is growing up with his brother who’s in a gang and one is more a street artist who has good grades. I wonder if there’s going to be any conflict but for now it’s a really good book. I look forward to reading it when I can.
