This is really interesting to read again. My friend from class did point something out about the book that I can say I agree with. The amount of times Percy says that he doesn’t know how he knows something or can do something, he just can is kind of ridiculous. I understand that this book is meant for a younger audience, but it is still slightly redundant

I’m still really enjoying rereading this. I will say that certain aspects of this book can feel slightly juvenile, but that’s due to the intended audience. That’s not to say I’m not enjoying and loving it though. I definitely am!

Rereading this from a critical perspective gives me a whole new outlook on this novel. There are so many little nuances and tidbits throughout this that I hadn’t really thought about the first time I read it. It almost makes it feel like a whole new book, and I’m really enjoying it

This story is honestly super addicting! I'm hoping I'll be able to finish it in the next two days

So my boyfriend gave me this book series for Christmas and I wanted to start it as soon as possible since it's the series that got him into reading. I absolutely love it so far. I'm flying right through it honestly and I'm just sad that I never got a chance to read it until now!
