Slow going. Some interesting bits, but lots of word salad and almost list like recitations of so-and-so did thing-you-don't-understand, cuz we don't want to leave anyone out or something. Probably should have picked his "Optics in Photography" book instead, but who knows if it's better or worse. Belatedly discovered there's a glossary in the back, you know, after the 120 pages of one paragraph "biographies".
