Things are picking up, and now that Evie has suddenly become aware of her own idiocy she's not nearly as annoying.

I'm not sure I like Evie very much, and the way she appends every other word with -ski is beyond annoying...did people actually talk like that in the 20s? Subject matter is very interesting though...

I can't help but read Evie's dialogue in some ridiculous caricature of flapper-speak.
