While reading this book, I'm reflecting on my previous/current experiences where i worked with people from different cultures. It explains a lot.
It's very important to have that in mind while dealing with others.
People think and behave differently.

Disagreement: Confrontational vs harmony

Very useful & educational

I read today about Egalitarian vs hierarchal cultures; how each look at the boss and what are their exception from the manager.
The author mentioned the effect of history and religion of a country on its current ways of working. Stating Scandinavian countries (Vikings ancestors) as an example of the Egalitarian culture where the boss is one of team vs asian countries where hierarchy concurs.
Still interesting!

Read about the difference between application-first vs principle-first cultures. Very useful.
