Why would Leo start a war it is about a few hundred pages away but it still hasn't been cleared. I think that Gaea was controlling him because Leo actually wanted to friends with Camp Jupiter. Then thers also Frank for some reason he hates Leo maybe its bnecause he caused a war.I am so clueless on what will happen next but they are about to meet Bacchus
