In this book, I think Logan Sweet, the candy makers son, grew up and was taught to be polite and kind. He didn’t have a lot of experience with outside kids, but he treated them like they were his best friends. Whenever Phillip would make a rude remark, he would keep his thoughts to himself. I think he should be more confident because if he really wants to win the Best Candy Award, he will do whatever it takes and win

This book is a narrative. It alternates chapters between characters, to show everyone's side of the story they don't always want to share. It also shows their different personalities, rather than fit them into one personality. It is also telling a chronological story, because even though it switches characters, they are always in the same time zone. You can always tell when there is a time switch too.
