So informative and written in a relatable way. Joy is able to explain terms like SEO, bounce rate and RSS simply so that even the most technologically illiterate luddite (me!), can understand. Definitely given me a confidence boost for starting my own blog. I'm going to buy her book so I have it to refer back to.
