I have thoroughly enjoyed how the first 2 chapters of NOLI had been illustrated in this issue. The appendices and author's notes were also a welcome treat. Based on my understanding of the opening scenes and that heated discussion between Damaso and an officer, I thought the comics did a brilliant job rendering the argument on the pages. I was engrossed. I can't wait to get to the dinner party especially with Ibarra.
